A student has the bittle, so I can't send a picture. The C12 I am referring to is the number used when doing the calibration. I believe the head is C7. C12 is the left shoulder. I am sure the ground is on the correct side. I put a good servo on C12 and it did not move. I also put the servo that was on C12 and not working on a different connection and it worked fine. So, I am sure as I can be that the board has an issue. If you replace the board and it turns out we did something wrong, I will be glad to pay for the board. Thanks for your help!

Well, I was going to do a separate post, but it says I have reached my limit (though I have not posted anything but these responses). The reason I purchased this bittle kit was because a kid at our makerspace was attempting to build the bittle from an original kickstarter kit and was having challenges. I had not built one before, so got another kit so I knew what was up. I worked with the student tonight and verified everything he had done. I am as sure as I can be that the C12 connection on the board is not functioning. We connected the servo attached to C12 to another port and the servo functioned just fine. Then to double-check, we put another servo we know is good and connected it to C12. It did not move at all. So, we are as sure as possible that C12 is dead. This was an original kickstarter board. How do we get a replacement?

I am building this from a kit purchased from robot shop in the last few days. If there are newer versions of the board, seems strange that a recent purchase is the original board. Anyway, no problems here. All is looking good. A picture is attached. I have another issue with another kit I will post separately. Thanks all for your help. Nice to get answer so easily.

Thank you so much for the response. I made a bad assumption that there was only a version 1 or 2 board, so I never tried leaving it as version 0. You pointing out where the version number was (which I have a version 0 board) and switching it to version 0 solved the problem. Thanks.
