Hello,
I am trying to update the firmware for Bittle. NyBoard version V1_0. I am using the Petoi Desktop App Firmware Uploader on a Mackbook Air M2, MacOs Sonoma with the wired USB connection to Bittle.
When I click on factory reset I receive an error indicating that "Parameters failed to upload." and an error message "Warning connection failed!" and suggests unplugging and replugging bittle from the computer. Regarding the connection, I can use the skill composer to control Bittle. This seems to contradict the "connection failed!" error message.
Other context:
7 lights show red on the NyBoard. These lights are in a row on the side of the board.
A blue and Yellow light is on, and the lights are located on an image of a cat on the NyBoard.
The USB adapter has only a red light on.
I have tried:
Unplugging and replugging bottle
Restarting my Computer
I have downloaded the current driver.
I have tried with the Bittle battery on and with the Bittle battery off.
I went through MAc settings to ensure the driver was properly installed.
Any suggestions?
According to the picture you attached above, there is no serial port found, you can open the terminal, then using the following command to run the Petoi Desktop App:
/Applications/Petoi\ Desktop\ App.app/Contents/MacOS/Petoi\ Desktop\ App
Please send the whole log in the terminal to us.
