Error uploading firmware for the 1st time

I am using app on windows and it seem it has crashed the bittle. Nyoard V1_1

I uploaded it 1st time, it gave me success but it was not working so I tried to do factory reset but it is giving the same error on all the occation. There is constant orange light on LED3 RX on USB Adopter, There is constant Blue light below the connector pins. I am unable to reset it as well.

STRANGE BEHAVIOUR ALERT

It gets connected once in a blue moon. I was abl to callibrate but after that it is not getting connected and servos are non responsive even after the battery turned on.

IT is ruining the USB ports, I connect to the new port and it works. It desn't work on the same USB port twice!

Hello Rongzhong, I uploaded using the windows app downloaded from github. So it did 2 steps, It updated the firmware and then it uploaded the main function. Both resulted in sucess while uploading for the first time.

I tried restarting the pc but it didn't affected. Robot is still not getting connected.

When you configur the board, is the slide switch on the NyBoard dialed to Arduino? Could you send a video to show how the robot behave and any messages printed in the serial port?

Hi, it looks like a crashed bootloader. Plesae write to support@petoi.com, provide your order information and get a bootloader resetter.

I tried to enter callibration state using different methods, but it is not working and it is giving the error same as the previous board.

Could you open the serial monitor of Arduino IDE and press the reset button on the NyBoard, to check the start-up printing information:

Hello Jason, There is no response on the Serial monitor. Although it shows board connected on the top.
