I managed to get my Nybble up and running, until I realized one of my legs wasn't working properly, and it was just one of the knee joint servos (front left-see video). When I touched the servo, it was overheating, which is really worrying. Calibration went smoothly (I attached all the joints and stuff after calibration). Why is this happening and how do I fix this?

Hi,
If you hold the robot in the air, will the servo move normally? Will you still hear the clicking noise? (If you unplug that servo, the noise should disappear.)
It sounds like the gear and the motor in the servo is disengaged. You may remove the screws and push the motor very hard inward until you feel a clicking movement.
