I have an issue with the delivered battery, it doesn't deliver power:
Despite being correctly charged:
Further investigations are beyond my current knowledge.
What should I check ?
Would I better buy a new PCB ?

Well, you're right :)
I though the blue light indicated some 'ON' status, but I wasn't pressing long enough.
