Hi, i have preassembled Bittle and it’s seems that battery cannot charge.
if i press power button, blinks only red led, if i try charge the battery, with different cables and chargers, but no led lights.
any tip to fix?

Hi, the battery can be turned on by long-pressing the button.
It appears to be a defect unit. Please write to support@petoi.com for a replacement.

Hi, Could you take a picture of the battery with the charging cable? It should use a micro-USB cable, and we have included one in the package.
