I know, to update firmware, you need to be able to plug into the Backplate. I'm having issues removing it and don't know if I'm just not forcing it enough, or is there some sort of trick to it?
The plate is attached with two pins at the center of the left and right sides. You could wriggle a rounded butter knife in at a corner of the side, then push the knife up as a lever. It should not take much force.
After attempting to remove the piece following the instructions, and having others with far larger and stronger hands attempt to remove it, the backplate is still firmly attached to the Bittle with no sign of budging. Is there an additional trick that can be attempted to get it removed?
