Hello everyone!
I have spent the first few days just playing around with Bittle X and now I would like to start on making my own movements/voice commands. In the manual it shows to connect to the desktop app and choose the BiBoard and Mind+ mode. However when I choose BiBoard, the Mind + option is no longer there.
At the same time, I was only able to bluetooth it to the desktop app. When I would have it plugged in, it would not recognize my Bittle X. Did anyone else run into these issues? Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
I can't get Mind+ to connect to Bittle using Bluetooth. I finally got my computer to pair to Bittle, but the "Connect Device" option on Mind+ is disabled. They have like no customer support.
Sometimes, you need to first turn off the battery power to show the board's serial port in the menu.
Please use the USB type-C data cable in the kit to connect to the BiBoard:
Check the connected serial ports in the Device Manager:
if there is no serial port in the Ports list, please install the driver:
A simple way to check the correct serial port is : connect with the BiBoard and computer via USB data cable, then open the Firmware uploader in the Petoi Desktop App and check the Port list, then unplug and re-plug the computer side data cable. check if there is some change in Port list. The different port is the corresponding serial port. If there is no change, maybe the computer can not regnize the serial port and you need install the driver.
For the BiBoard, there is only a Standard mode, and all the functions of the Mind+ extension library are already supported in it. so there is no need to add a Mind+ option.
By the way for the firmware uploading, you won't need to power on the BiBoard by the battery and via the USB data cable Not Bluetooth.
Please upgrade the latest firmware by the Petoi Desktop App(V1.1.2), and re-import the extension library in the Mind+.
